1990 Porsche 944 S2 Cabriolet - Stunning example in a very rare color. Porsche gave the 944 a significant boost in 1989 with the introduction of the S2, which boasted a 3.0L 16 valve motor which increased hp and torque across the board. The S2 also came with the smoother bodywork from the 944 Turbo, as well as its larger brakes. The Cabriolet was only offered for 1990 and 1991, before they switched over to the 968. Only 2402 944 S2 Cabriolets came to the USA during the two-year production run. This one is quite likely the nicest one you will find available. It has been owned and serviced locally, and is a well-known car by the local Porsche techs and aficionados. It was shown at many different PCA events, and the owners who cared for it really loved it, and of course stored the car in the winters. It's in completely stock, unmodified condition with the exception of the roll bar shown in the photos.
