The Porsche 991.1 GT3, built from model year 2014 to 2016, had engine issues from the factory and Porsche warrantied the engines for 10 years or 120k miles. This GT3 had the engine replaced by Porsche back in 2018 but the owner sold it back to the manufacturer giving it a buyback-branded title. This is no different than any other GT3, as some of them which had the engine issues were bought back by the manufacturer and some engines were just replaced under warranty.
