2008 Porsche 911 997.1 GT3 RS now available! One of only 410 examples built for the US market. The exterior is finished in Carrara White over black full leather interior. It is powered by a 3.6-liter Mezger flat-six engine paired with a 6-speed manual transaxle. Some of the notable factory options include Ceramic Composite Brakes-PCCB, Bi-xenon headlights, PCM 2.1, and Sport Chrono Package. This GT3 RS was originally sold in the US but was exported to Quebec in 2011, then to British Columbia in 2012. The owner in British Columbia purchased the car with the intention of tracking it. The car was upfitted for track use and maintained well. Once the owner was done tracking the car it was put back to stock other than still having upgraded LSD internals, Sharkwerks center muffler bypass (emissions is not affected), RS 4.0 clutch and flywheel, and pinned coolant lines with the Sharkwerks kit. The OEM PCCB’s, suspension, wheels, and other items were removed for track use and put back on later. The car received a cosmetic refresh before the car was sold and brought back to the US.
As mentioned above the car was repainted. The exterior paint, wheels, glass, and decals are all in excellent shape. The interior is also in excellent condition. The car will come with two keys, window sticker, stock centerpipe, and owners manual.
