1995 Porsche 911 Carrera Coupe race car with 127,543 miles. Originally delivered as a street car, this 993 was converted into a dedicated track car during previous ownership and has since been used sparingly, seeing only a couple track days since 2018.
Power comes from the factory 3.6-liter air-cooled flat-six producing 272 horsepower, paired with a 6-speed manual transmission driving the rear wheels.
The build includes a full roll cage, fire suppression system, safety cut-off switch, halo driver seat, passenger seat, cool suit system, upgraded rear deck lid, and Moton remote reservoir adjustable shocks. Additional components and supporting records from prior ownership reference parts sourced from Vertex Auto, Pegasus Auto Racing, EBS Racing, Elephant Racing, and ThyssenKrupp Bilstein. The cage work was reportedly completed by Zuffenhaus, while much of the mechanical work was performed by Hendrick Porsche.
The car presents as a well-sorted and purpose-built 993 race car with extensive preparation completed over the years. While we do not have current service documentation or detailed specifications on the build, the previous owner maintained the car with support from Red Beard Race Support in Colorado.
In preparation for the sale, all driveline fluids were recently replaced. The car has spent most of its recent life in storage and has seen minimal use over the last several years.
Prospective buyers planning to return the car to track use should expect to update the safety equipment, inspect the car thoroughly, and replace the tires prior to competition or track day use due to age and limited recent use.
This is an opportunity to own a highly developed air-cooled 911 track car that appears to have been thoughtfully built and properly maintained throughout its life.
